What is Amielle?
Amielle is a vaginal dilator intended to gently exercise vaginal muscles to help improve elasticity. This self-treatment is designed to help with painful sexual intercourse. The range of dilators is intended to help women alleviate medical conditions affecting the vaginal structure, following radiotherapy to the vagina, cervix, or pelvis. Amielle can be used alone or in conjunction with other treatments.

Treatment pace is directed by the user
You are in control. Once you are comfortable and are not in pain, feel free to move to the next size in the same session to ensure progress.
Five graduated sizes to help users to progress gradually
Start with the smallest size first and gradually progress to the next size up. Moving to the next size in the same session will help because your vaginal muscles will be relaxed.
Designed to help build confidence
After you have used the largest size of the dilator and are comfortable and confident, you may be ready for sexual intercourse.
Easy to use
Lock the handle onto the exerciser cone, apply lubricant, and begin the treatment by slowly easing the exerciser cone into the vagina going as deeply as is comfortable. Once properly positioned, squeeze pelvic floor muscles holding the contraction for at least 5 seconds before releasing. Repeat 4 or 5 times in a row. Work up to keeping the muscles contracted for ten seconds at a time, relaxing for 10 seconds between contractions. Remove gently and slowly.
