I am not diabetic or prediabetic, but I started taking BetiVite for multiple reasons. I struggle with depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and before BetiVite, I had trouble finding a multivitamin that contained all of the supplements recommended by my doctor for my mood. The big one is Vitamin B9 Folate or Methykltretrahydrofolate. It is recommended that I take 400 mcg of Vitamin B9 due to a gene mutation called MTHFR, which is a condition where my body cannot break down folic acid to make folate. Taking the vitamin allows my medication to work more efficiently, which does wonders for my mood. I am also deficient in vitamin D, and BetiVite contains 60 mcg of Vitamin D3. Taking BetiVite also helps control my cravings for carbohydrates which helps regulate me regulate my weight. Since being on BetiVite, I feel so much better and notice that my mood has improved vastly. It also costs less than your average woman’s multivitamin or taking all of my recommended vitamins in separate pills.
The best multivitamin to help keep my sugars regulated and keep me healthy! Great value!
