We ship orders via United States Postal Parcel Service (USPS) Parcel Service or UPS Ground, whichever is deemed suitable.
Expedited Shipping options are also available at cart & checkout for faster delivery.
All orders are EXPECTED to deliver in 3-5 Business days. Most orders to the west coast deliver in 1-2 business days.
While we do our best to ship out packages in a timely manner the exact delivery date depends entirely on the carrier.

2. Order Completion
You will receive an email letting you know your order has been completed and is ready for shipment.
3. Shipment Confirmation
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your item has been picked up by the carrier.
You will receive a notification when you order has been delivered. * Please note this option is only available to those who opt in to receive delivery updates in our tracking page.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
Free shipping doesn’t mean it should take a long time to receive an order.
We understand that getting your supplies quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
All orders (except for a few exceptions) received by 3PM PST are guaranteed to ship on the same day. That excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and official holidays.
Orders placed after 3 PM PST will ship on the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend will ship on the next business day.

- If you’d like us to send your package via FedEx, please contact us. Please have your FedEx account number as well as the billing address and zip code associated with your FedEx account ready.
*Note! All delivery estimates start after the day the package has been accepted by USPS.
For example with our free shipping, if your order is processed and accepted by the post office on Monday, you can expect to receive it by Thursday – Friday.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order is completed you will receive an email with a tracking number/link. Simply click on the link to see the tracking details.
Please allow 24-48 hours (after your order has been completed) for the system to populate the tracking information.
To ensure that you are receiving the notification emails please add “firstname.lastname@example.org” to your email’s “approved sender.”
In case you don’t receive the notification email, please check your SPAM, JUNK or PROMOTIONS folder.

Returned to Sender
If a package item is returned due to our error, we will resend the package at no extra cost.
Any shipments returned to us for other reasons will be automatically refunded. A surcharge may be deducted from the total eligible refund.
Common Returned to Sender Reasons
The possible errors for “return to sender” include but are not limited to: insufficient address, address incomplete, address unverified, no forwarding address available, no mail receptacle, customer rejected the shipment, or attempted delivery failed – not known.
Customers can also request a re-shipment for a surcharge. The surcharge will be determined at the time of re-shipment.
We Cannot Guarantee Delivery
Please note while we do our best to send your packages on the same day, we can’t guarantee exact delivery time.
The exact delivery time is entirely up to the performance of the carrier. We are not responsible for late deliveries by the Post Office!
Lost or Delayed Packages
In case your package gets lost or miss-delivered, while we do our best to help you locate it we release our responsibility of delivery once the package has been marked “delivered” or “Accepted by USPS” in the USPS tracking system.
