Automatic Shipment (autoship) is a unique program that helps you save time and money with your glucose monitoring supplies. Avoid the inconvenience of placing orders over and over. Simply order your supplies such as test strips or lancets once and schedule to receive them at the frequency you need.

  1. Click the “autoship” link on product pages, or find your autoship product here
  2. Select your needed quantity of the product(s).
  3. Select your desired frequency from the dropdown. Available frequencies are:
    • Ship every 30 days
    • Ship every 60 days
    • Ship every 90 days
  4. Click “SUBSCRIBE” and go to cart.
  5. Proceed to checkout to complete the order and subscribe
  6. You will receive an email confirming your successful enrollment in automatic shipment.

  • Flexibility. You can alter, pause, or cancel your autoship at any time. Simply visit the My Account page and look for the subscriptions tab. Restrictions may apply. Please see the cancellation policies below.


ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS – every 30 day, every 60 day, and every 90 day

  • You must create an account in order to sign up for autoship.
  • Subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You’ll be charged the price stated at the time of original purchase plus applicable taxes at every renewal date, until you cancel.
  • Product prices are subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand. Your subscription will renew automatically on your renewal date, until you cancel.
  • We may wait for each recurring payment to clear on our end before processing renewals. Once the payment is cleared, we will ship your order according to our shipping policy. If the full payment is not cleared within 7 days of your renewal date the automatic shipment subscription will be cancelled.


Cancellation of autoship subscription(s) is subject to the following policies:

  • 3 autoship orders are required per subscription before you can cancel. You may cancel your subscription(s) at anytime online here or by contacting us after 3 recurring autoship orders have been completed.
  • Once at autoship order has been created and marked “complete” it cannot be cancelled.
  • Once an autoship subscription of a product is cancelled, you cannot subscribe to a new subscription for that product. Instead, you must resubscribe to your existing subscription for that product.
  • You may resubscribe to your autoship subscription anytime after it has been cancelled.
  • You can suspend – temporarily pause – your autoship up to 3 times throughout each subscription period.

How to cancel or pause your autoship subscription?

To cancel your autoship subscription log into Your Account and look for the “subscriptions tab”, then:

  • click “cancel” to submit a cancellation request. Upon receipt of your request we will review your subscription with respect to the cancellation policies listed above and respond to your request shortly.
  • click “suspend” to temporarily pause your autoship orders. You can suspend – temporarily pause – your autoship up to 3 times throughout each subscription period.

    I would like to cancel my auto ship ,my new insurance will handle my diabetic supplies.
    I tried to cancel on your website but there is no cancellation tab.

      Thank you for submitting a comment. You’re subscribed to one of our old autoship accounts. The new accounts can cancel or pause directly from their account.
